About UpLIFT

I created UpLIFT with the belief that fitness not only encompasses what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside. I want my clients to cultivate a passion for fitness and their health during our time together. With this in mind, we will work together to create a custom plan that works for you.

We'll address your health and wellness goals, while working to transform your attitude towards fitness so that you become more mindful of your decisions and are therefore able to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle for yourself! My Training Philosophy

My promise to you as your personal trainer is that I will push you to be your best. There will be no excuses once you commit to starting your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Whether you want to embark on an in-person or online training regimen, I will be here every step of the way to hold you accountable and work with you to make sure you reach your goals.
