Are you ready to commit to yourself? To build the best version of yourself? We'll begin your transformation with this 47 day challenge. We're working to build a strong mindset that will help you create a sustainable and strong routine that will pervade all parts of your life. 

Starting January 18, if you choose to sign up, we commit to do the follow together every. single. day.:

1. Choose one 15 min. self-care activity. This can be 15 min of meditation, journaling, reading a book, etc. But remember, you'll be doing this every single day- at the same time (either when you wake up or go to sleep).

2. Drink 3L of water.

3. Walk for 30 minutes.

4. No consumption of alcohol.

5. Workout with me 3x a week with my private fitness group!

6. Follow your personalized nutrition plan!
