I believe that fitness should be widely and easily accessible to anyone anywhere, independent of circumstances. To this extent, I offer online training programs tailored specifically to your needs!


With this program, we will consider your fitness goals and individual needs and create an effective program that will challenge you to be your best self. My online clients will also receive nutritional guidance and suggested meal plans, which can be personalized according to your dietary needs. The goal of this program is to provide you with a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition, while letting your reach your goals remotely and build healthy habits that will persist.

  • Weekly Check-Ins

  • Meal Recommendations, personalized upon request

  • Gym or at home-training options

  • Resistance bands, body weight, and weight based programs
